Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Come spend your vacation at this unit located on the first floor of a 2-story apartment complex. It is situated in a cozy neighborhood centrally located in Gulf Breeze, Florida. It is within walking distance to a grocery store. Very close to shopping, restaurants, the Zoo, and Pensacola Beach. Uber and Lift operate in the area and are great options when heading to Pensacola Beach during the busy season. There is a grocery store that is walking distance (less than 1/2 mile). Everything else can be reached by car. The central location offers easy access to beautiful beaches, downtown Pensacola, fantastic food, local breweries, and other local attractions. Try out local famous restaurants such as Paradise Bar and Grill, Crabs on the Beach, Flounder's Chowder House, Peg Leg Pete's, Native Café, Café Nola, Felix's Restaurant & Oyster Bar etc. Many of them have live music in the evenings during the season. Some notable attractions nearby include: -Pensacola Beach -Shoreline Park South -Opal Beach -Navarre Beach -Naval Live Oaks Nature Preserve (with walking and bike trails--great for birdwatching!) -Shoreline Park -the Boat Launch in Oriole Beach -Gulf Breeze Zoo -Fort Pickens -Naval Aviation Museum -Gulf Breeze Splash park -Gulf Breeze Skate Park -Please No Smoking inside the Home (incl. tobacco, marijuana, electronic cigarettes etc.)
