Featured on the National Registry of Historic Places, this newly renovated boutique hotel has a fascinating history and is just a few minutes’ walk to the shores of lake Coeur d' Alene and the downtown strip. All of our rooms include private bathrooms, traditional furnishings, elegant antiques, Smart TV's, personal (mini split) heat and A/C and free Wi-Fi. One of the rooms, The Ballroom Suite, features a claw-foot tub with a cradled sprayer. All bookings also receive a gift card to our on-site restaurant "315 Cuisine" The restaurant is open Wednesday - Sunday 4 PM - close. Please enjoy the dining experience! Golfing at Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is 10 minutes’ drive away. Spokane International Airport is 40 miles away.
