New refrigerator, new microwave, and disposable spoons, forks, and plates will be available. Living area is very roomy and comfortable. Couch seats 6, and is very comfortable. Guest may sleep in the living area if needed. Bedroom 1 - TV mounted on wall, Queen size bed, sheets, comforter, and one dresser. This room features door hooks for hanging bag. Bedroom 2- TV mounted on wall, Queen size bed, sheets, comforter, and one dresser. This room has a full closet. Extra sheets, blankets, and towels are available for each guest.

I have created this space to accommodate anyone traveling to Austin trying to avoid high parking fees, hassle free check-ins, private property stays, and a great place to serve as a headquarters for your retreat away from the city. The Green Haven Property has 2 available options, "The Big House" 2 bedroom, full bath, living room, and dinning area & "The Studio" . While the big house is very spacious and roomy, The Studio on the other hand was designed to be small and convenient. The restroom is tight and small. Please note THE STUDIO RESTROOM is small and tight. The room however is spacious and roomy. This property sits at the edge of the entrance to a closed off community. We have owned the property for 30 years and never experienced vandalism, stolen property, or vehicle safety concerns. The entire property is gated and secure. Safe parking has 24 hour surveillance and motion sensor lighting for added safety. Pulling into the properties long drive way and parking on the hill feels secluded and safe. Covered parking also.
