Grand Getaway House at Kensington Place sits in a quaint area in the heart of everything in Foley, AL; from shopping, restaurants and entertainment to quick access to the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores, AL. The foyer leads to the fully equipped open kitchen and island with an overhang that overlooks the family room. The primary bedroom (king) suite has a roomy bathroom, double bowl vanity, 5’ shower, and two walk-in closet. The second (king) and third (queen) bedrooms are to the front of the home, on either side of the second full bath. The 4th bedroom (2 twins) is across the hall from bedrooms 2 and 3. Smart TVs are in the living room and primary bedroom (55" flatscreen) and the 3 bedrooms (42" flatscreen). There is a laundry room, vinyl flooring throughout, and a fenced back yard! Charcoal grill in back (renter is responsible for supplying charcoal). Maximum capacity: Sleeps 8. AIR MATRESSES NOT ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Must park in garage or driveway. Prior approval for a 3rd vehicle applies. Dog friendly, one small dog only, less than 25 pounds, no exceptions. Must be prior approved. Fee applies. No Smoking.
