Quiet Neighborhood with nearby shopping and restaurants. Please be advised , the City of Henderson has strict "quiet hours" starting at 10pm each night. There is also a strict guest limit of 12, no parties or events are allowed. This is to protect the neighbors and is enforced by the Henderson Police Dept. Violators of these rules will be fined and cited by the City and are subject to immediate removal from the property. We appreciate your efforts to keep our neighborhood quiet and peaceful.
