You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home. This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Due to heavy ice sliding from the roof this winter, it is not safe for occupants or dogs to enter the backyard. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to 2,000 USD will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Kick back on the queen sofa bed in the living area and log in to Netflix on the smart TV. You'll also find an electronic dartboard. The kitchen is appointed with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Share peaceful morning meals at the breakfast table.
