Property information

The 2 bedrooms on the main floor both include two queen size beds, full ensuite bathrooms and a TV. Upstairs you’ll find the lovely master bedroom that has its own private balcony with seating, nothing like waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves and the ocean breeze!  The ocean will only be seconds away from you so get ready to splash in the sea or in our two large pristine pools each with a hot tub. Bahia Mar is a property meant to be enjoyed and has so much to offer; an amazingly large beach deck to read a good book or simply gaze en relax to the sound of the waves, easy access to the beach, outdoor grill area for delicious barbecues. Like playing tennis? Pack your rackets and enjoy a match on one of our two courts. Other amenities include a kid's playground and a gym. This is one of the biggest properties on the island and security is always on top of things. Stories make the best souvenirs and in Solare-Bahia Mar you’ll make the best ones! Condo is on a third floor, NO elevator.

Neighbourhood information

South Padre Island Off-site bird- and turtle-watching, and beach four-wheeling are popular island activities. Other activities include horseback riding and the Laguna Madre Nature trail. Visit the historical Port Isabel it has many cute little shops including antiques and art galleries. Just a 30-minute drive to Brownsville to one of the top zoos in the country- The Gladys Porter Zoo. If you enjoy playing golf, you can try the South Padre Island Golf Club in Laguna Vista, or play at the Rancho Viejo golf club, just 30 minutes away from South Padre. The island also has fun water activities like Schlitterbahn Beach Waterpark, dolphin watch, boogie boarding, snorkeling and scuba, surfing and sailboat rental. If you enjoy fishing, there is bay fishing, deep sea fishing, fishing at the jetties, pier, and fly fishing! It never gets boring at South Padre.
