The old historic buildings were very cool. Short walking distance to the parking garage. There is a great coffee shop that serves breakfast within walking distance and a cute little gift shop that we enjoyed.

SUMMARY: This Flexhome is situated in one of Milwaukee's most historic buildings, the old Pabst malt house. The space comfortably sleeps four with queen size beds. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, work desk, in-unit laundry, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, and a game lounge with darts, pool, and bags. __ PARKING: Includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away. Access instructions will be provided prior to arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee. All requests require 24 hour notice and are subject to availability. __ DISCOUNTS: Book directly on the Flexhome website to save up to 20%. __ REQUIREMENTS: Complete ID verification, agree to House Rules, and pay 200 USD refundable security deposit. __ HOUSE RULES: 1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ NON-REFUNDABLE FEES: refunds for cancellations are based on the listing's cancellation policy and exclude processing fees in the amount of 3% of the total transaction cost or 20 USD, whichever is greater
