Top floor condo, centrally located. Recently renovated bedrooms, new stairs and less than 10 min walk to the Incline Beaches, 5 min drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Walking path from the condo all the way to the Sand Harbor. Hidden beach- 3.4 mi. Speedboat beach - 4 mi. - Laundry room on the premises - Four beach chairs and umbrella provided for guest use - One High Chair and Pak n Play available - Unfortunately, no access to incline beaches Permit#: WSTR23-0042
