Bring the whole family and friends to this great place with lots of room for fun, located in a peaceful neighborhood! This spacious house with 3 bedrooms , 2 living rooms ,2 baths , kitchen and dining area and back yard at your preference is great for travelling professionals,families or anyone looking for a overnight stay or 2 . Less than 2.5 mi to Fresno State, 2 mi to Saint Agnes Hospital ,10 min drive to Valley Children's,5 min drive to Fashion Fair Mall ,10 min to River Park Shopping Center
Located in a peaceful neighborhood , the house is Central-North Fresno. Will take less than 2.5 mi to Fresno State, 2 mi to Saint Agnes Hospital , 10 min drive to Valley Children's, 5 min drive to Fashion Fair Mall ,10 min drive to River Park Shopping Center ,many other supermarkets , gas stations and pharmacies close by .
