Property information

This beautiful home is newly remodeled in the highly sought-after Vine neighborhood, the oldest and most central of the neighborhoods in Kalamazoo. This super spacious home has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 baths including two twin beds and two full beds and a brand new kitchen. Aside from that, you have extra privacy and protection with coded locks on the front door and bedroom doors. You have access to lots of amenities including free parking, each room has a spacious closet perfect for those who would like to stay long-term, desk, full-length mirror, TV so you can watch all your favorite movies and shows while staying. The rooms feature blackout curtains perfect for traveling medical professionals. Traveling with a baby? We have a high chair and pack n play ready for you to use. Looking for your next photoshoot? Use our beautiful home as your backdrop! When staying with us, we want to ensure that you have the best stay possible. As WMU alumni, we love Kzoo and hope you do as well. We put together our list of favorite restaurants and things to do while in town. We hope you book with us!

The home is located walking distance from WMU and K College! Also, it is less than 3 miles from both major hospitals (Bronson and Borgess). It is at the base of Heritage hall steps which is absolutely ideal for all WMU sporting events and tailgating. The home is only a 10 minute walk away from Kalamazoo College. Walking distance to the best breakfast and coffee in Kzoo - Crow’s Nest and Fourth Coast Coffee!? Yes please! Even better, to get downtown, it is only 1.5 miles away or a 20 minute walk. You will appreciate staying in a neighborhood that is within walking distance of many downtown attractions and events. Located right in front of the home, there is a large, serene park that is perfect for kids, dogs, and picnics!
