Gorgeous apartment. Felt quite luxurious really. Good wifi and modern TV capable of streaming and screen sharing. Comfortable bed and a generally large space. There was also some payment complications and the host was very flexible and helpful. Communication was great.

One of a kind , Sunny, open floor plan 2 beds, 2 baths Penthouse . Located in the heart of Capitol Hill on the Main Street , in historical mansion and very busy neighborhood. Easy access to downtown ( 5 min ) , restaurants and shopping centers . Full kitchen, laundry , great views !
Hi, we’re your Instant Book Homes ! Our goal is to exceed your expectations ! It would be appreciated if you can inform us about approximate time of arrival so we can plan our day accordingly and send you over the check in instructions prior . Most likely we will send self check in instructions with the codes when the place is ready to access at the day of arrival. . If we finish cleaning, earlier we would send the instructions then . I am around the property often and you might run in to me or my husband so do not hesitate to contact us . Rather then that I will respect your privacy. I am looking forward to having you stay in our wonderful sunny, warm penthouse !
The neighborhood is quite busy , but it also gets quiet during the week days. Please be nice and respectful towards the neighbors . The neighborhood has a lot to offer by way of restaurants, delis, shops, bars , outdoor activities or neighborhood events . The place is on the third floor and it is on a Main Street . We would appreciate high noise tolerance guests . We do have one parking spot available for you . Let us know if you have a transportation and we will walk you threw your parking space . If you do not have transportation, you 30 seconds away from the bus ; Colfax and Marion . Also ; Uber and Lyft and taxis are all available. Uber and Lyft are only a few bucks to downtown Denver.
