Welcome to our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in a quiet residential neighborhood of Glenwood Springs. The first floor features a spacious kitchen with plenty of cookware and dinnerware, dining room for 6, and living room with comfy sofa and smart TV, perfect for families or groups. The basement offers a cozy den with another smart TV and a relaxing sauna. Guests can enjoy private parking in the driveway and a front deck with seating. Washer and dryer are included. Offering air conditioning for the hot summer days, and a sauna for those cold winter nights, the house is perfect for all seasons. It is located just 10 minutes from downtown Glenwood and the Hot Springs and 15 minutes to Sunlight Mountain Resort. The hosts have put a lot of thought into each and every element of your stay. You will notice this with the modern warm interior design this home offers as well as the thoughtful amenities. This is the perfect place for your next mountain getaway! License #22-017

I also have partners who help with customer service. We all live close by and are always willing to help make your vacation as smooth as possible.
Friendly and peaceful suburban residential neighborhood in the highly desirable Park East subdivision. It is a one block walk to Sullivan Park and 3 blocks to Conservancy Park with access to a hiking trail along the Roaring Fork River. Across the river and viewable from the house stand majestic red sandstone cliffs. Getting around will require a vehicle as this is a residential neighborhood and there is no easily accessible public transportation. There is a taxi service in Glenwood (Mountain Taxi) and sometimes Uber and Lyft. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage. There is limited street parking. It is not suggested to bring more than 3 vehicles or extra large trailers. The Hot Spring Pool, as well as Glenwood Adventure Park, is 3.8 miles and a 10 minute drive. Sunlight Ski Resort is 10 miles and a 15 minute drive. Aspen is 41 miles and a 50 minute drive.
