This comfy space is centrally located only 6 min (2.2 mi) from downtown while being in the quiet, safe, King Charles neighborhood. At less than a mile walk to the Crabtree Creek Greenway, you are connected to a trail system over 100 miles long! Cool down on the sectional sofa in front of the 50" Roku flat screen tv in the AC or grill out in the fenced-in back yard and eat on the back deck. Enjoy the fully-stocked coffee bar in the morning before working at the desk in the main bedroom.
We really enjoy hosting people at our place as much as we enjoy staying at other airbnbs when we travel. We love basically anything to do with the outdoors! Hiking, skiing, camping, biking, and traveling. We've been married for around 10 years and we live with our dog Napali so we understand that people want to travel with pets so we allow that. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have.
King Charles is a historic neighborhood with mature trees, bike lanes, and a mix of cute cottages and modern houses. There are bus stops along Milburnie Road, and the Crabtree Creek bike and walking trail system nearby. This is a safe neighborhood with families and young professionals, sandwiched between WakeMed and Downtown Raleigh. Biking, Uber/Lyft, scooters, or taking the bus are all great options in case you are not renting a car.
