Perfect location less than 10 mins from downtown Nashville and 5 mins from the BNA(Nashville Int’l Airport). The property is walking distance to two convenient stores, next door to a church, less than 5 mins to groceries and restaurants, two carwashes, and a dry cleaner, Less than 5 mins from Percy Priest Lake/Trails. 15 min from Nashville Zoo, 15 from Opry Mills Mall ******Important****** Home has a rear private attached apartment occupied by property management that operates exclusively from back of the house with separate entry. No shared space, you will have full run of the front entry and full front home with no interaction with property management unless requested for urgent assistance. ***Please park to the left of driveway as to not obstruct reserved parking for occupied rear apartment.***
I’m a Nashville native so don’t be afraid to ask for recommendations in what brings you to the city. I love food, traveling, paying forward and music, After all this is Music city.
Less than 5 minutes to the airport, steps away from the markets/restaurants and minutes away from Percy Priest lake. The area is diverse with mediterranean, hispanic, italian, and asian food scene.
