This cozy cottage offers a home-away-from-home feel and is equipped for a comfortable stay! All bedrooms consist of comfy beds, smart TVs for streaming, and black-out curtains for a good night’s sleep. This home is ideal for Travel Professionals, Vacationers, Corporate Housing, or Persons in between homes, awaiting construction. This home is located a short drive to many local Charlotte attractions such as, Whitewater Center, Bank of America Stadium, Hornets Arena, and Charlotte Knights Stadium. It is also located 5.6 miles from the Airport, 5 miles from Uptown Charlotte; 15-20 mins from Charlotte hospitals, and 18 miles from Carowinds. This home is located in an older, urban, family-friendly community that is in gentrification transition. The community is a mixture of older and new construction homes in close proximity to Uptown Charlotte.
