Our property is located southeast downtown St.Petersburg, in a desirable Tropical Shores neighborhood. This neighborhood is a bike ride away from downtown St Pete, USF St Pete, John Hopkins Hospital, Bayfront Hospital, the Dali Museum, Lassing park and more! A short walk to waterfront park, 7 miles from the Gulf of Mexico, 1 mile to USF St. Petersburg campus and Dalí museum. It’s a brand new improvement house. We offer three different types of room for our guests, Standard Queen Room ( view +shared bathroom) Superior Queen Room (view +shared bathroom) Double Room with Private Bath & Entrance Please notice we are NOT a HOTEL or MOTEL, We rent part of our new house. we have 2 super lovely and friendly cats on site, please be aware if you have any problem with that.
