Hey I'm Dylan, the owner and operator of Knox Staytion. I'm a husband to the most wonderful woman alive! We were just blessed with twin boys and are in the process of adopting a little girl! We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. You have a great aerial view of the downtown scene from your living room, and Knoxville's charm is on every side of you stretching from the Old City to Market Square and beyond! You are also within walking distance to the University of Tennessee and big orange football.
