Unit Cleaning

Resort Fee (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE)
Mandatory fee of $250 for reservations of 10 nights or more and $450 for reservations of 9 nights or less, for the entire rental stay, corresponding to the use of resort amenities including: access card to the unit, wireless internet connection, beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels, pool access, gym access (all amenities are subject to availability). Payment of the resort fee is mandatory and must be paid by the guest prior to check-in. The payment method will be established after the reservation.
