Therefore, we will stay out of your way unless called upon. There is a digital key pad on the door so you can let yourself in. However, don't hesitate to call or text. This elegant 3B/2B townhouse is just minutes from The Village Meridian and 1.5 Miles from the freeway. A grocery store & restaurants are within walking distance. Your flat screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ and the upgraded kitchen is fully equipped. The garage and large fenced back yard is for your personal use and the rooms are set up for maximum rest! This home in a chill neighborhood has fences separating the neighbors on 3 sides for your privacy!

This town home is in a very quiet neighborhood with newer single family homes. It`s tucked away from the busy streets of Franklin and Ten Mile, but close enough to make shopping at Albertson`s and other close-by shops super convenient. Heading west on I-84 from the airport, take the Meridian Ten Mile exit and turn right (north). Head 1.5 miles north and turn right on Forecast. Turn right on Gray Cloud Way and your home is one block down on the left.
