This two-story, 1,177-square-foot, open-concept, oceanfront condo features floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides so you can enjoy every sunrise and sunset. There are two private balconies with ocean and bay views, recent renovations, water views from both bedrooms, free WiFi access, flatscreen TVs in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer, central AC, and parking for one car. This oceanfront condominium building is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and attractions that include Liquid Assets, Trattoria Lombardi's, the Ocean City Public Library, and much more. On the grounds, you'll have access to an oceanfront sun deck, an indoor pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an elevator. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. A non-refundable 50 dollars building administration fee is due immediately upon check-in.
