Welcome to Casa Clemente a historic 3 bedroom home in the heart of Central Tucson that is Filled with character, charm, and all of life’s little luxuries. The home features comfortable, modern living with an inviting living room, a reading nook, a rain shower, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and an outdoor oasis with a BBQ, and a gazebo that lights up at night. 75-year-old beams add some charm to the kitchen. Stay only minutes from Downtown, trails, the Zoo, UofA, and Reid Park.
I love being a hostess in the beautiful city of Tucson and my family and I designed this historic oasis for you to enjoy to it's fullest. I fell in love with Tucson when I attended the University of Arizona. We enjoy connecting with new people and we are sincerely happy to host you. In our travels, we have realized the place you stay in while visiting can make or break an experience. Please let us know what we can do 2 make your time better here. We live adjacent and can generally be available on short notice if necessary. We value our guest's privacy and only come on the property when yard maintenance is required, when a guest requests that we come on-site, or when a situation arises that requires that we visit the property.
San Clemente is a neighborhood on the National Historic Registry. Charming neighborhood that was built in the 1930's. We are centrally located and close to Reid Park. Within 10 minutes of downtown, UofA, Hi Corbett Field, Reid Park, Botanical gardens and 4th Ave.
