Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. An oversized guest house is available for your next stay in the Rio Grande Valley. You will be secluded on in gated private homestead that sits on more than 24 acres. The open concept home boasts high end appliances, and split bedroom floor plan. Enjoy the large covered back patio and enjoy the built in stone fire pit. The ranch ammenities will keep you occupied if you're looking to spend time outside and just relax.
Host and Co host are always on the ranch and nearby in the main home. Very separated areas between homes and many common areas including covered patios, pool, palapa and the outdoor kitchen is available to the guests. There is acreage with livestock and gated pastures are not to be used or accessed any time for safety of guests and animals.
Private acreage homesteads. Neighbors are spread out but quick frontage access to HWY 107 University Dr. Less than 10 mins away from convience stores, shopping centers, resturants. You will need to rent a vehicle or use Uber/Lyft
