Check out our chic yet cozy, condo in the most sought after area in Columbia, SC. Tucked back in the trees in the heart of Heathwood/Shandon, is this private, freshly renovated apartment. This is a separate unit attached by one short wall to a larger home. You'll enjoy your own private parking, secluded outdoor space and beautiful amenities.
Quiet Shandon and Heathwood areas boast privacy and secluded luxuries. Our home was designed to give you the best experience while in town and to provide safety and security during your stay. Restaurants, bars and shopping is just short walk away. To get into downtown or Five Points area right by the USC campus you'll probably want to catch an uber of lyft if you don't have a vehicle with you. It's about a 3-5 minute drive to the heart of the night life in downtown.
