Experience the Miami lifestyle in this modern studio by the bay overlooking the Downtown Miami skyline. It is located minutes away from the beach, Bal Harbour Shops, South Beach, Downtown Miami, Aventura Mall, and a variety of shopping outlets. The building has a swimming pool, BBQ area, and all exposed to the bay. Jetski, and boat rental available at the Bay.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is very safe, walkable, you have plenty of supermarkets, restaurants to enjoy within walking distance. You have a gas station with a convenience store right in the corner of the building Public transportation is available from the corner of the building. There is also a shuttle that picks you up and takes you to collins ave/the beach. South Beach & Downtown Miami are only a 15-minute uber drive away.
