The modern dining room fully equipped with new appliances is perfect for cooking intimate dinners & spending time with loved ones. Its location allows for easy access to Sacramento's most iconic attractions; Stop by Old Town for a peak into the past. Visit the Tower Bridge to view the beautiful city landscape. A perfect place for any getaway or vacation!
Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. 3 minutes to Restaurants, Walmart, 10 minutes to Costco. California’s capital city has 28 museums, an abundance of restaurants and regional wineries that highlight the rich local area. Stop by Old Town waterfront Sacramento, visit the historic Crest Theater for events and movies, take a picture of the Tower Bridge, and watch a Sacramento River Cats game at Sutter Health Park. It is 20 minutes to American River rafting, 1 hour to Napa Valley, 1.5 hours drive to San Francisco, 2 hours to Reno, Lake Tahoe; less than 3 hours to Yosemite, Shasta Lake, Lassen Volcanic National Park.
