Very cute and private 2 bedroom cottage in a peaceful, quiet part of Berkeley. There are 3 beds including one in a loft in one of the bedrooms, accessed via latter. High Speed WiFi 250 Mbps, Amazon prime and Netflix accounts for watching TV in the living room. *15 minutes walk to North Berkeley, Downtown Berkeley, Bart stations, UC Berkeley, several parks, restaurants, or shopping. Free off street parking space available, and street parking is plentiful.

Enjoy our quiet tree lined street, two blocks from the Berkeley adult school public swimming pool. Three blocks from Foster Freeze hamburger and milk shakes. Two blocks east of San Pablo ave, three blocks south of University ave. *UC Berkeley - 15 minute bikeride *UC Berkeley - 7 minutes driving *North Berkeley Bart - 10 minute walk *Downtown Berkeley Bart -15 minute walk *Bart to San Francisco Financial District, Soma (South of Market) - 19 minutes Feel free to use our driveway to pull in front of the house (off the street). There is also plenty of free street parking also.
