I'm glad to share my wonderful experience at Bellevue Manor in Newport. The first thing that struck me was the fantastic location, which allowed easy access to all the attractions in the area. The room was simply fabulous, with its elegant decor and cozy ambiance, making my stay incredibly enjoyable. But what truly made my mornings special was the delightful breakfast they served. The selection was top-notch, and everything was prepared with great care and attention to detail. The friendly people working at Bellevue Manor were also a highlight of my stay. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any request made me feel right at home. Friendly welcome, staff always nice and helpful. Star of the show was Cassandra, the lovely lady managing breakfast every day, along with Rosa who was always smiling too. Breakfast was good, and Cassandra always had Oat milk available. Her dairy free blueberry scones were excellent, as were her quiches. Location was good for walking into town. Plenty of easy parking for free just round the back. Coffee and tea in the hallway always available - though no milk alternatives (had to buy a cup of Oat milk from the cafe next door and keep it in the fridge).

The food was okay. The woman serving breakfast was a bit cranky. I didn't like the basement location, but did like the outdoor patio. Don't know if there was any decaf, nothing was labeled, which is why we had to ask the woman for help and she wasn't very friendly.

Great little find, we were only here for 2 night and then found out we needed another night in Newport and the Bellevue Manor staff were so helpful and accommodating with such short notice, our room was perfect and had everything we needed, the Manor is located in an amazing place and only a couple of mins away from the marina. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy, always hot water for showers and having a coffee machine outside our room was a nice touch, it's great to have the porch area outside to chill and watch the world go by. 10/10

Our room was cozy and clean and the property was absolutely lovely, but the best part was our host, appropriately named Angel. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. He was always around (I don't think he ever sleeps), yet he was cheerful and helpful. He checked us in when we got there late and then served us a delicious breakfast the next morning. Tanya was also very nice. We will definitely go back and have already spread the word to family and friends. Thanks so much, Angel!
