Home is quaint and small, but provides everything needed. Quiet neighborhood. Great 1/2 way point between Orlando and Daytona Beach. Smart TV's provided in both living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi also available. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book again!

Premier location, steps away from historic downtown • 1 Queen Bed • Completely renovated apartment totally equipped for a short or long stay • Our goal is to exceed your expectations, provide a comfortable, personal experience, and give you the feeling that you are at home. • Lounge on the front porch, take a walk to the nearby dog park or walk down Sanford Ave right out your door (This unit is pet friendly but a non refundable pet deposit will apply. Ask for details.) Max 2 pets. you will pay a pet deposit.
We are a phone call or text away. Our office is nearby. Our cleaner is most likely at the property every day. Dont hesitate to contact us for extra towels or linens for longer stays.
Everything is walkable, Also, there is a trolley stop not far away that connects you to Sun Rail.
