The house is a triplex and all units are listed for rent. This is the guest suite Unit B at west wing of the house with unit door faced to west side. Beautifully updated Old Katy home loaded w/ modern conveniences & exquisite finish-out on a recently* landscaped ½-acre lot. Super easy access to I-10/Grand Parkway! Minutes to Katy Mills, Hermann Hospital, West Methodist Hospital, Waterpark, H Mart, Costco and tons of restaurants. In-N-Out is just 0.5 mile away!
I am a retired sailer and living with my family in Katy now. It is my great pleasure to help other people once any opportunities.
