Excellent location if visiting on business. Easy to bars and restaurants and the conference centre. Kate is a great host, v quick with messages and info etc. We had not booked this accommodation originally... booking.com moved us here. We had been booked in a higher calibre place so nothing was quite up to expectation. However, Kate was a lovely host. The apartment is well located, parking facility is excellent. It is noisy from the road. There are some fairly "interesting" characters also in the building.
