We provide a professional cleaning service through a cleaning company and own staff depending of the unit. Any object left by a previous guest or part of the apartment, can be a non intentional hazard, depending on the age of the guest. Be aware and let us know if you need us to take action on any repair or part removal during your stay. This is a quiet neighbour, out of the crowds and sounds of the south beaches. In the immediate surroundings you will be able to find all the necessary basics shops for your vacation: from supermarket to pharmacies, restaurants, fancy malls and gulfstream. Being close to the beach is one of the major attractions, our property is located right across the bridge.
