Debra and Gordan purchased rental properties in several areas; commercial, residential, and a beach-front condo. The beach condo was being managed by a local vacation rental company; however, the guest reviews were consistently low. It didn't take long for Debra to decide she wanted to manage the entire process. Guests returned year-after-year because they trusted the Florida Vacay Rentals brand knowing that any property they chose as their destination would be clean, well maintained and that they would be treated like family!

Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Beach Escape"! Enjoy amazing sunsets and an intracoastal view from the 8th floor bedroom and living room balconies. With a comfy King Bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, "Beach Escape" can accommodate up to 4 guests.  This condo is located at The Ormondy Condominium, a Private Residential Building that allows short term vacation rental Guests in Ormond Beach. The Ormondy is a non-pet community and does not allow residents or guests to bring pets on the property.  All of our condos come standard with the Florida Vacay Rentals amenities that you’ve come to know and love:  Private WIFI network Large TVs Spa linens Plush white bath towels Fully equipped kitchen Beach towels Beach chairs (if available) Extraordinary cleanliness Committed customer service A washer and dryer are included inside the condo for your convenience.
