Ocean/beach front, 5th floor large balcony, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, beautiful modern kitchen, full size waher & dryer, the most comfortable king size bed we've ever slept in, and the sounds of the waves rolling up on the beach which is just steps from the building to the softest white powdery sand between my toes!!

This renovated Gulf-front condo is ready to be your home away from home! Professionally decorated, it features all-new everything - kitchen, baths, furniture, fixtures, electronics, and decor. You'll enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a view of the Gulf. An oversized bar seats guests for drinks or meals and the adjacent dining area does as well, also with a view. The Gulf-front bedroom has a large, TV with a Blu-ray player and a private bath with a walk-in shower and a large granite-topped vanity. The second bedroom has a TV with a DVD player. Both bedrooms are bright and cheery with new coastal-themed linens and decor. The living room features new electronics: a TV and Blu-ray player. Watch the waves and TV at the same time. A large balcony off the living room offers a panoramic view of the Gulf and comfortable new furniture to dine, relax, watch the sunset, and see the dolphins play. Also, if you're in need of a refreshing splash and the beach is too crowded for your liking, you might as well take a dip in the sparkling shared pool.
