Tucked away at the end of this peaceful, gated community in SGI sits Casablanca, a 3 story pet-friendly home across from the beautiful Gulf. This beach house has everything you need for a romantic getaway or a vacation with the whole family. Here you'll not only enjoy beach access steps away, but you'll also love the private, heated pool, bikes, grill, corn hole, board games & more. You DEFINITELY won't want to leave after soaking in the breathtaking sunset views on the top floor balcony.

Neighbourhood information

Casablanca is tucked away in a subdivision called Casa Del Mar, which is located within the St. George Island Plantation community. The community and the surrounding areas are as peaceful as it can get! Here you are not only surrounded by the clear, emerald water of the Gulf, but you will also enjoy the nature and beauty of the marshes & Apalachicola Bay. We recommend taking the bikes to tour the beautiful Plantation community, where you'll find lots of nature trails & fishing spots. Outside of the community there are some fantastic local restaurants & shopping in St. George Island. Apalachicola is also a quick 20 minute drive - here you can enjoy antiquing, local boutiques, Oyster City Brewing, & the best oysters around!!
