Property information

Beautiful beachfront condo on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay! This 800 square foot, 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo sleeps 2-4 comfortably. The sofa in the living room pulls out creating additional sleeping space for two people. Enjoy the view of the bay from the open concept floorplan. The gorgeous, crystal clear waters can be seen from the kitchen, dining, and living room. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on the bay. The bedroom has a king size bed, sound machine, Smart TV, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful nights sleep. Traverse City has an incredible amount of great restaurants, but if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, and blender (margaritas!). Keep the cook company on one of the tall chairs at the bar, and enjoy your meal overlooking the water. When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day). If you would like to get on the water, on-site boat rentals are available at the beach.
