Built in 2018, this bold, bright, and beautiful home is ideal for a large family beach vacation! Sit outside and enjoy partial Gulf views to the south and inland views to the north from your covered, furnished decks. Inside, you'll find an open floorplan with soaring ceilings containing a deluxe, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with five counter stools, a large dining table, and a sumptuous living area with a wall-mounted TV with Dish Network and complimentary Netflix. And getting to the beach is a snap thanks to the nearby boardwalk that extends out to the sand.

If you're looking to hit the links, you'll be just two miles east of the Kiva Dunes Public Golf Course and seven-and-a-half miles west of the Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club. Spend a day exploring the historic Fort Morgan State Historic Site and museum, just 10 miles away, and on the way home, grab a delicious seafood meal at Tacky Jacks or Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill. Or head into the heart of Gulf Shores to visit the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo or play at Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, only 14 miles east.
