Our bright and cozy backyard guesthouse has a full kitchen and bathroom, with one full bed and one pull-out couch. Wifi is fast and reliable. We are one block from the heart of Alberta Street and an easy walk to cafes, restaurants, and bars. It is located on a neighborhood alley so it's super quiet - a great place to relax or to use as a home base for exploring PDX. Convenient, free on-street parking is readily available. This is a shoe-free household. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. No parties. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the yard in the main house. Guest access No shared spaces except the backyard, the guest house is all yours! Other things to note Access via the path on the south side of the house (left side if looking from the street). Please park on the street, and do not block the alley. -The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited.
