This artist's home in the woods allows one to get in touch with their natural side. Explore the 5-acre backyard/forest on hikes or relax with a cup of tea by the gentle stream which runs through it. The house is equipped with 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, A Full Kitchen w/ Wine Cooler and All New Appliances, an Indoor Fireplace and exclusive access to Washer & Dryer. The listing is located above owner's apartment, which is closed off from upstairs. You have your own, private, front door entrance and deck
This house is on a quiet drive in the forest, occasionally dotted with residences. You won't even notice you have neighbours. Located in Roxbury, CT, it is a 10-15 minute drive from Washington Depot and Woodbury. There is ample parking on the property. Able to host multiple cars.
