This spacious, lower floor condo has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms with its own private balcony. The décor is comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped for those evenings you want to stay in. Carpeting in the bedroom, the rest of the space has tile and wood flooring. Open living and dining area. A perfectly simple condo at a great value with a perfect location! PLEASE NOTE: There is no elevator at this property, only stairs for access. #2 is located on the 1st floor (not ground floor) 1 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom Bedroom 1 – King Sized Bed This condo also provides a sofa sleeper

The Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Clearwater Aquarium (Home of Winter the Dolphin), Hard Rock Casino, beautiful state parks and miles of beaches are just a handful of reasons to visit Pinellas County beaches!!! Ideally located in the heart of Treasure Island, the Amadeus property is within walking distance to a Publix grocery store, restaurants and bars, the Treasure Island public beach access and a community park that hosts a number of markets and events throughout the year.
