French doors open to a paved patio with grill and outdoor seating, all enclosed by a large private garden with established hedge. Only a few blocks from downtown Santa Barbara, and a ten-minute drive to the beach, the central location makes it easy to explore all that the city has to offer - no need to bring a car! INSIDE THE HOUSE This secluded studio sits on the grounds of a larger occupied home, with a quiet and secluded yard surrounding and a large patio area with BBQ grill and seating. French doors to the patio open from the open concept living area, where a sectional couch folds into a twin bed. A 31in flat screen TV is mounted on the wall, with modern furnishings maximizing the spacious feel. Adjacent is the dining area, with a wooden table seating 4 and casual bar seating for 2 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen itself is well stocked, with light wooden cabinets and small and large appliances for a comfortable stay. A large mirrored closet is used as a divider between the living and sleeping area.
