This condo's location makes it a great place for a romantic getaway on Anna Maria Island. Situated right across the street from the bay, this property puts the beach just a short walk away! It comes equipped with great amenities including a shared heated pool, an updated, full kitchen, and a furnished patio, ideal for enjoying the refreshing island breezes. Located near Pine Avenue and its many attractions, this unit is close to some of the best dining and shopping the island has to offer. Directly across the street is a great view of the bay, as well as a short sandy path down to the beach. Bayfront Park, a great place to relax or have a picnic, is nearby, as well. Also, the famous beaches of Bean Point are within your reach, just a short drive to the north. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> All guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
