We are Wasatch Vacation Homes (dot com). We are a small, family-run business and we take pride in our guests comfort and satisfaction. We will try everything within reason to make our guests feel like they are at home in our vacation rentals. Our listings are up-front and honest, and we have no hidden fees whatsoever (this is rare in our industry). We have an abnormally-high amount of return guests, which is a testament to how well we take care of our homes and our customers. If anything about your stay is not exactly as you want it, we are available 24 hours a day and we live nearby.

Property information

This house has it all: spacious, stylish, modern, quiet and very reasonably priced! We have added all of the amenities that guests are looking for: From the hot tub to the entertainment rooms, there will be plenty of things to help you feel right at home while you are here. The home was redesigned and furnished from the ground up to be a vacation home, so it is not cluttered with any personal belongings of the owners and it had everything you need. The home has a very modern open floorplan. There are two large TV rooms with several complimentary streaming channels. The dining area seats 14 people and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you will need. The home has two separate driveways with plenty of room for several cars. The private back yard is fully-fenced and has a large hot tub. There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops. This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owners personal items since nobody lives here. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee that covers the cleaning that occurs after you check out. NO CATS ALLOWED.
