We do not offer early or late arrival times. Our cleaning team is pre-scheduled to be at the home between the check out time and check in time. If guests are not checked-out by the designated check-out time, a USD 75.00 fee will be assessed for each hour of overage. b. There is no staff on site to assist with check in. Please refer to emailed instructions to receive your room access code. These will arrive 3 hours before the scheduled check in time. 2. Payment and Cancellation Policy: a. The Guest agrees to pay the total amount due for the reservation before check-in, including any additional charges incurred during the stay. b.
