Located in exclusive Hatteras Landing on a beautiful Pamlico Sound front lot, 5 Knots provides an ideal location for both single-families and large, multi-family vacations. The 5,000-plus-square-foot home boasts an elevator, free WiFi, and a gas grill. This elegant home provides direct sound access for kayaking, windsurfing, kiteboarding, and fishing and is also a short walk to the beautiful ocean beach, multiple marinas, restaurants, and shops. 5 Knots was built to accommodate both small families and large groups in complete comfort, with fantastic Sound views from all common gathering areas and most bedrooms. The home features several TVs, DVD players, and a stereo. The top floor highlights an extremely comfortable sectional sofa, two reclining chairs, and a 42-inch TV above the mantle. The first floor opens onto the pool patio, hot tub, outdoor shower, and bathroom with pool and sound-side access. Inside the first floor lies a main suite with deck access, a tub and shower, and a second bedroom with twin bunk beds.
