Welcome to our Three Bedrooms in Modern Brooklyn Home! (shared with the homeowner/Host) Rooms one & two provide guests with queen-sized mattresses and the third room has a full-sized bed. Each bedroom has light switches with two different settings. The accommodation grants you free Wi-Fi, private access to a balcony with a street view, and many amenities to make your time here even more enjoyable! It is designed with acoustic fabric panels throughout the apartment walls, giving it an elegant, stylish element. *Please read* Due to New York short-term renting laws, the property Host, will be staying in the same space as Guests. Per NYS guidelines, the property has a maximum occupancy of only two guests, If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. To enter the estate, no key or keycard is needed; the doors have codes that will be provided once you book. Check-in time is after 2 pm, & Check-out time is at 12pm noon. Parking is NOT private. It is just street parking.
I enjoy hosting because I love going on trips. I am interested in traveling to places I've never been to, especially beautiful places! I hope that hosting helps me fulfill my goal of traveling and my dream of seeing the seven wonders of the world with my family one day. Once again, I as the property host must share the unit with guests during their stay due to short-term rental laws in NYC. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me by phone, text, or email.
The Neighborhood is very peaceful but can be filled with life on certain nights! The area offers many bodegas on each corner, supermarkets nearby, a variety of fast-food restaurants, and parks within walking distance. It is also in close proximity to the train station on Cleveland Street that offers the J train!
