    Well-equipped, comfortable beds, plenty of space for two couples staying for the weekend! The view from the roof was a nice touch and everything in Avila beach is walking distance. We had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies too.

Gorgeous, newly constructed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Avila Beach Condo. Highlights include: air conditioning, rooftop deck, gourmet eat-in kitchen, plenty of seating in the living area, fireplace, and parking for 2 vehicles. 245 San Miguel Sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. Each bedroom offers generous closet space, ceiling fans, flatcreen TVs with cable, and floor to ceiling windows for plenty of natural light. The master bedroom also has a door that leads out onto the second floor deck, and the en-suite bath is a combination tub and shower. The full bath in the hall has a beautiful walk-in shower. The main living area is open and airy, a sliding glass door leads from the kitchen out to the second floor deck where the gas BBQ is located. Going up the spiral staircase from the BBQ area you'll find the expansive rooftop deck with plenty of furniture to make you, your family, and your friends comfortable. It's the perfect space for everything from morning coffee, to afternoon BBQ, to wine or cocktails under the stars. Additional amenities include full size washer and dryer and parking for 2 cars - 1 garage parking space and 1 carport paring space.
