The location was excellent. Very close to bars and restaurants but still very quiet when you were in the complex. The complex is very well maintained and the apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We cooked in a lot of the time and the kitchen had everything that you would need to do this. It has easy access to the beach. Patrick and Valerie were quick to respond during the booking process and while we were there.

After visiting and staying on Siesta Key for over 30 year's, we decided to make it permanent! Moving from the tundra of Chicago, IL to the most beautiful beach in America by opening up our condo for others to enjoy. We are happy to share recommendations and our favorite things to do regardless of the ask.

Welcome to paradise! This beautifully updated and tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is just steps away from Crescent Beach! This condo has so many updates including completely remodeled bathrooms in 2021, new wood laminate floors throughout in 2019, hurricane windows, freshly painted interior and newer light fixtures & ceiling fans. This beach getaway has onsite heated pool and grills and features both privacy in a tropical setting and proximity to everything. Unit layout: King Bedroom - has an ensuite bathroom (toilet, shower, and sink). Queen and Twin Bedroom - shared bathroom (toilet, sink, and bathtub/shower). Additional information about amenities: -65 inches Flat TV • HD • Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, Netflix, Premium cable, Roku -Communal BBQ Grill - Propane -Paid Washer and Dryer Other Things to Note: -Quite hours starting at 9:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M.
