A small group logistical haven, with 15 minute access into Manhattan by train OR 5 minutes by car. Plenty of amenities such as 1 Roku TVs, ~200mb Wifi, and a stocked kitchen/bathroom. Enjoy NYC and all it has offer in this newly renovated space with us, today! NOTICE: This is a NON SMOKING listing (zero tolerance cigarettes and marijuana policy). This is a semi basement apartment w/ private entrance, open windows and backyard.
