STATE LAW STRICTLY PROHIBITS PARTIES/EVENTS at the property. This is a residential area with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am to be respectful of our neighbors. The home is outfitted with a Minut device that measures volume decibels (does not record) and notifies us when noise levels exceed a set limit. Violating noise ordinances is an initial 2000 USD fine. We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: - abide by our rental terms and conditions. - provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. - that we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of 35 USD - the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay - This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs for 125 USD per stay, but you must get pre-approval. The dog(s) must be crate-trained, and please clean up after your dog. No cats, sorry. - For stays of 25 nights or longer, there is a mandatory mid-stay cleaning that's complimentary. Our team will contact you during your stay to coordinate the best day to do it. - Guests are responsible for keeping the property well-cleaned and maintained. Guests are responsible for damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay, including cleaning charges needed due to unauthorized pets discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file, followed by an email explaining the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is 500 USD. The landscaper visits the property every Tuesday.
